"We were assigned her by relo company. She was not what I would call a go getter. And not very organized. My wife was already in the area and had been explaining to her what we needed. Relo company was paying for 1 trip for me to come out and look at homes. I flew in for 5 days, and she had only arranged for me to see 6 homes. She was not comfortable looking at homes outside the confines of Libertyville. And during that trip she was not available so had to have backup realtor show us around. Layer in the search process I had to pay out of my own pocket to do a 2nd trip out to look at homes, and gave her a minimum list of homes I wanted to see. We ended up doing most research for homes in nearby communities and pushed her to get us showings for homes we found. Neither her or the attorney she hooked us up with were very strong negotiators. Would not use either of them again. Example of why listed local knowledge poor, 2 homes we looked at were going to need fence upgrades for our dogs. She was not clear at all on any local building code issues we may run into, even though we asked her these questions."
